- The area between the vagina and the rectum could feel sore and make it difficult to clean it if you had a normal delivery. It is important that you wash it with warm water to prevent any infections.
- It is also recommended t0 take a sitz bath because it helps to ease the pain after a normal delivery. In this, you need to sit on some warm water because it helps to reduce any soreness that you feel after a vaginal delivery.
- Make sure to give your body sufficient rest. Adjust to your babies clock and sleep when the baby sleeps so that you get sufficient rest.
- After pregnancy care also includes keeping a check on what you eat. Make sure that you eat a healthy diet that is nutritious. This lets you overcome any fatigue and it also lets you heal quickly.
