There could be confusion in your mind and you would not be sure if the doctor is right for you. Ask these questions to know the answer.

  • Is she listening to what you are saying or just rushing?

Most women feel morning sickness in the first trimester. It should normally go away in the three months of pregnancy. Morning sickness is caused because of some hormonal changes and this could make it difficult for you to eat. Morning sickness can happen at any time of the day. The baby will not have any problem because of morning sickness however in case of severe nausea contact your doctor immediately.

Eating small meals, avoiding large drinks, avoiding spicy and fatty food and food with odor could help. Eat a biscuit before you step out of bed and a healthy snack before going to bed. Pepper mint tea and ginger tablets could help in soothing you.

Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water and you could even include tender coconut and fresh juices in your diet. Iron supplements could also cause constipation so ask your doctor if the brand could be changed.

It is very normal to have strange dreams during pregnancy. You may not be able to explain why you are having such a dream. These drams are common especially if you are first time pregnant. You have some constant worries about how is your baby developing and how you would be as a mother. Be rest assured that all will be fine.
