Healtheoz LLC. (“Healtheoz”, “Company”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) is the owner of and the Healtheoz mobile application (the URLs and mobile application together referred to as “Websites” and individually a “Website”). The terms ‘You’ or ‘Your’ refer to You as the user (whether You are a Registered User, Unregistered user or an HCP) of the Website or of the services offered by the Website (“Service”).

Healtheoz is committed to your privacy. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the collection, use, storage, processing, disclosure and transfer of Your Information (defined below) when you use the Website and/or the Services. We created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms of Use.


  • By using the services or by otherwise giving us your information, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this privacy policy and agree to be bound by the privacy policy.   • Changes to the privacy policy

Healtheoz may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event, there are significant changes in the way Healtheoz treats User’s personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy itself, Healtheoz will display a notice on the Website or send Users an email, as provided for above, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Services. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Services, you may contact to deactivate your account. Unless stated otherwise, Healtheoz’s current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Healtheoz has about you and your account.

If a User uses the Services or accesses the Website after a notice of changes has been sent to such User or published on the Website, such User hereby provides his/her/its consent to the changed terms.

  • Collection of personal information

Generally, some of the Services require us to know who you are so that we can best meet your needs. When you access the Services, or through any interaction with us via emails, telephone calls or other correspondence, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you. You hereby consent to the collection of such information by Healtheoz. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, information collected by us from you may include (but is not limited to) the following:

  1. Contact data (such as your email address and phone number);
  2. Demographic data (such as your gender, your date of birth and your pin code);
  • Data regarding your usage of the services and history of the appointments made by or with you through the use of Services;
  1. Insurance data (such as your insurance carrier and insurance plan);
  2. Other information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us (such as information shared by you with us through emails or letters.

The information collected from you by Healtheoz may constitute ‘Personal Information’ or ‘sensitive personal data or information’ under the SPI Rules.

Personal Information” is defined under the SPI Rules to mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available to a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

The SPI Rules further define “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” of a person to mean personal information about that person relating to:

  1. Passwords;
  2. Financial information such as bank accounts, credit, and debit card details or other payment instrument details;
  • Physical, physiological and mental health condition;
  1. Sexual orientation;
  2. Medical records and history;
  3. Biometric information;
  • Information received by body corporate under lawful contract or otherwise;
  • Visitor details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter; and
    4. Call data records.

Healtheoz will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.

3.1 How we collect information?

The methods by which we collect Your Information include but are not limited to the following:

  • When You register on Our Website,
  • When You create a profile on Our Website or as part of Services
  • When You provide Your Information to us,
  • When You use the features on Our Website and/or when You use Services,
  • When You access Website or Services,
  • By use of cookies (discussed below).

 3.2 How the information collected is used?

We collect Your Information for various purposes, including the following:

  • In order to enable you to use the Website and utilize the Services. For instance, you may provide your health-related information on the Website in order to consult privately with an HCP, or you may provide your financial information in order to process a payment which you need to make on the Website.
  • To respond to Your inquiries;
  • To provide You with information about products and services available on the Website;
  • To personalize Your experience on the Website;
  • To help You address Your problems incurred on the Website including addressing any technical problems;
  • For proper administering of the Website;
  • To conduct internal reviews and data analysis for the Website (e.g., to determine the number of visitors to specific pages within the Website);
  • To improve the services, content, and advertising on the Website;
  • To protect the integrity of the Website; and
  • To respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law.
  • To conduct analytical studies on various aspects including user behavior, user preferences etc
  • To make disclosures as may be required under applicable law.

3.3 How information may be shared and transferred?

3.3.1. We may exchange, transfer, share, part with all or any of Your Information, across borders and from Your country to any other countries across the world with Our affiliates / agents / third party service providers / partners / banks and financial institutions for the Purposes specified under this Privacy Policy or as may be required by applicable law or in case of sale, acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involving Healtheoz.

3.3.2. You acknowledge that some countries where we may transfer Your Information may not have data protection laws which are as stringent as the laws of your own country.

3.3.3. You acknowledge that it is adequate that when Healtheoz transfers Your Information to any other entity within or outside your country of residence, Healtheoz will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Privacy Policy

4) Confidentiality and security

4.1 Your Personal Information is maintained by Healtheoz in electronic form on its equipment, and on the equipment of its employees. Such information may also be converted to physical form from time to time. Healtheoz takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off-line and implements reasonable security practices and measures including certain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Healtheoz’s business.

4.2 No administrator at Healtheoz will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer, and your mobile phone. Be sure to log off from the Website when finished. Healtheoz does not undertake any liability for any unauthorized use of your account and password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify Healtheoz by sending an email to you shall be liable to indemnify Healtheoz due to any loss suffered by it due to such unauthorized use of your account and password.

4.3 Healtheoz makes all User information accessible to its employees, agents or partners and third parties only on a need-to-know basis and binds only its employees to strict confidentiality obligations.

4.4 Part of the functionality of Healtheoz is assisting the doctors to maintain and organize such information. Healtheoz may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the appropriate authorities, or to doctors who request access to such information.

4.5 Part of the functionality of the Healtheoz is assisting the patients to access information relating to them. Healtheoz may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to the relevant patients, or to their doctors.

4.6 Notwithstanding the above, Healtheoz is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. Further, Healtheoz shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Healtheoz including but not limited to, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of Internet service or telephone service of the User etc.


Healtheoz strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools also can prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission. Although the Healtheoz Website and Services are not intended for use by minors, Healtheoz respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet or the mobile application.


6.1 The Website uses temporary cookies to store certain (that is not sensitive personal data or information) that is used by Healtheoz and its service providers for the technical administration of the Website, research and development, and for User administration. In the course of serving advertisements or optimizing services to its Users, Healtheoz may allow authorized third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on the User’s browser. The cookies, however, do not store any Personal Information of the User. You may adjust your internet browser to disable cookies. If cookies are disabled you may still use the Website, but the Website may be limited in the use of some of the features.

6.2 This Privacy Policy applies to Services that are owned and operated by Healtheoz. Healtheoz does not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within its Services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on the Users’ computer, collect data or solicit personal information from the Users, for which Healtheozis not responsible or liable. Accordingly, Healtheoz does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such websites, nor does Healtheoz guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by Healtheoz of the website, the website’s provider, or the information on the website. If you decide to visit a third party website linked to the Website, you do this entirely at your own risk. Healtheoz encourages the User to read the privacy policies of that website

6.3 If you, as a casual visitor, have inadvertently browsed any other page of this Website prior to reading the privacy statements set out herein, and you do not agree with the manner in which such information is obtained, collected, processed, stored, used, disclosed or retained, merely quitting this browser application should ordinarily clear all temporary cookies installed by Practo. All visitors, however, are encouraged to use the “clear cookies” functionality of their browsers to ensure such clearing/deletion, as Healtheoz Fcannot guarantee, predict or provide for the behavior of the equipment of all the visitors of the Website.

6.4 If you transact with Us, We collect some additional information, such as a billing address, a credit/debit card number, and a credit/debit card expiration date and/ or other payment instrument details and tracking information from cheques or money orders.

6.5 If you choose to post messages on Our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, we will collect that information You provide to Us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.


You are not allowed to use the Website or the Services of the Website if any of the terms of this Privacy Policy are not in accordance with the applicable laws of your country.
